Microsoft Exchange Email Deferral Issue

Please note, that we are aware of an ongoing issue with recipients who use Microsoft Exchange for their emails.

Some Microsoft users may experience delays receiving external emails and might see a "451 4.7.500 Server busy" error. This is due to their anti-spam measures limiting specific IP addresses. They are whitelisting affected IPs for immediate relief.

Please note this is not an issue on our end, but rather on Microsoft's end.

We have already opened a case with Microsoft to look into the delay in receiving mails from our server, and are awaiting feedback.

In the interim, we encourage users of Microsoft 365 to;

  • Open a case with Microsoft support, requesting that they unblock the IP address: 129.232.151.99
  • Resend any mails that have not yet been delivered to your clients / recipients in an attempt to force the removal of their greylist.

We do recognize the difficulty in delayed mails to certain clients, and we promise we are doing everything possible to make contact with Microsoft to ensure they allow delivery again.

  • Sending a Signal message if outside of support hours (Mon-Thur From 9:00 to 16:00, Friday From 09:00 to 15:00)
